Fishing Manager: CJ Couch  
A self-described “Midwest bass angler,” CJ didn’t actually pick up a fly rod until after his college years, but he hasn’t looked back since. These days, you’ll find him streamer fishing for smallmouth, musky, and browns and, when the opportunity arises, trying his luck for a saltwater grand slam on the flats of Belize, a favorite angling destination. At home, CJ is seldom bored as his affection for European board games helps fill the time in between angling adventures. And when staying in is no longer the order of the day, CJ heads for the water for a boat ride—a 340-mile boat ride, that is, as CJ has proudly completed the MR340 not once, but twice. It’s a story he’d no doubt love to tell, provided you’ve got the time (the race itself needs to be completed in under 40 hours).
